ServiceMaster was founded in Chicago in 1929 by Marion E. Wade. From humble beginnings as a moth proofing company, ServiceMaster grew and officially became incorporated in 1947. Today, ServiceMaster is the leader of the home cleaning and disaster restoration service industry, employing more than 50,000 people nationwide.

The name ServiceMaster comes from the company ideals of “Mater Service to Serve the Master.” The guiding principles and objectives at ServiceMaster of Buncombe County are honoring God in all we do, treating customers as we would want to be treated and doing honest work.ServiceMaster of Buncombe County was bought by Kim Bowman and his wife, Cindy in 1999. In 2004, they purchased land, built a building to enlarged their space in order to give the company the opportunity to grow.

All of our employees are expertly trained and IICRC certified. When disaster strikes and you’re overwhelmed and don’t know what to do next, we can help. We proudly serve Buncombe and Madison Counties and surrounding areas, including Asheville, Weaverville, Candler, Biltmore Lake, Arden, Black Mountain, Fletcher and Marshall, North Carolina.
